In a world as complex as healthcare, it’s crucial for us to consistently find ways to meet patient needs. ZoomCare understands that your healthcare needs to keep up—which is why we have made some exciting changes. We’ve launched a new and improved EHR (Electronic Health Record) and scheduling system. Check out our Contact Us page for easy access to team members, on call and ready to assist!
In today's world, change is constant. That’s where our new EHR comes in! Our new EHR enhances the efficiency of our providers and clinic teams, ensuring better patient outcomes, more efficient visits, and clearer communication. Plus, it strengthens our collaboration with other healthcare providers across the PNW!
To complement our new EHR system, we’ve made some changes to our scheduling platform too! Our updated scheduling system will support an improved patient experience! Now, you can look up your health issue, and our technology will point you to the appropriate visit type.
As part of our transition, we’re excited to partner with athenahealth for our EHR and patient portal and SolvHealth for scheduling. You might notice their touch in some of your interactions—but rest assured, they’re trusted leaders in their fields. SolvHealth connects 6 million users to care every month, and athenahealth supports a network of 110 million patients.
How can I access older medical records if they aren’t available in the new portal?
If you need to access older medical records that aren’t visible in the new portal, you can reach out to our Patient Support Center directly and they’ll get you the information you need. Simply send them an email at health@zoomcare.com or message us in the patient portal!
I need help creating a new account! What should I do?
It’s easy! First, click this link. Then, follow the prompts and enter your contact information along the way. You’ll get a confirmation email, and then you’ll be able to engage with the portal the same way you did before. Your portal is the go-to spot to message your provider, engage with your care team, access post-visit summaries, view lab results, see prescriptions, and more!
What does the new self-check-in process look like?
Prior to your visit, you’ll receive a text message saying, “Your healthcare provider requires additional information for your appointment,” with a link to our digital self check-in experience. Doing so will get you all squared away for your visit—before you walk in the front door! The process only takes a couple of minutes and will make your in-person check-in that much easier.
How can I reach out to my provider and/or another team if I need help?
Feel free to log into your patient portal to send us a message or visit our Contact us page for next steps—we're here to help!
