Dr. Monica Harris, MD, is a graduate of the Tufts University School of Medicine. She completed her internship at University of California - San Francisco at Mt. Zion Hospital and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Oregon Health Sciences University (OHSU). She received her B.S. in Biology at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Her twenty-three year career has spanned the west coast, bringing her to various positions in locations around the Bay Area and Portland.
Personal
Dr. Harris, the oldest of eight children and the mother of three adult children, fulfilled her childhood dream by becoming a physician. Outside of her passion for medicine, she enjoys gardening, cooking, reading mystery novels and most recently, cycling.
