Amy Celichowski, PA-C
Education and Training
Amy is a certified Physician Assistant. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Carroll University in Waukesha, WI and her Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies at Stony Brook University in Long Island, NY.
Professional History
After completing her PA education in 2008, Amy moved to Tennessee where she practiced in urgent care and in dermatology. She made the 2,300 mile drive to Portland in the fall of 2009, where she is excited to be a member of the innovative ZoomCare team.
Personal
Amy was born and raised in Wisconsin and is a die-hard Green Bay Packers fan. She finds Oregon to be the perfect setting to explore her outdoor interests in hiking, camping, photography and fly fishing. Her free time is spent at the gym, painting, watching sporting events, exploring the Oregon coast, and in one of Portland's many coffee shops reading a good book.
